10 minutes. We are ideally situated for the best theme parks in the world.

Is Tuscan Hills private?

Yes, it is a brand new private gated community.

What other facilities does Tuscan Hills have?

A mediterranean style club house, fitness studio, childrens indoor play area, lonuge, tennis court, sand volleyball court, palm garden and of course a restaurant and bar.

Can you organise a welcome food package?

Yes, we can even organise flowers and champange.

Can you organise Disney tickets?

Yes, we can get them delivered to the villa by our management company, saving your holiday time.

Are there any baby facilities?

Cot, highchair and buggy, are available for rent.

How about older children?

We have a full games room with a pool table, air hockey and foosball.

Is there a telephone?

Yes.

Is the pool heated?

We recommend pool heating between September and April, we can have the pool heated ready for when you arrive. The spa is controlled by a timer and thermostat for your own use.

Do I need to bring towels and hairdryers?

Hairdryers are provided, should you want to use them. Also towels are provided, but you may wish to bring our own beach towels for the water parks - or buy them in Florida, they're cheaper.

How do we book?

Call or email us to make sure that your chosen weeks are available and we will send you a booking form.

How much deposit is required?

We require £100 per week, non-refundable once your booking is accepted. The final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to travelling.

We have been visiting Florida for many years and can give you any advice that you may need on shopping, rides etc. Just ask!
