The above rates include Florida state tax of 12%.

The price for the villa is per day, not per person. Example: 8 Adults for 1 week in February equates to £10.00 per person per night. It includes electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV, bed linen and towels.

We will consider discounting our rates for late availability, rentals of 3 weeks or more, or to fill gaps in our rental diary. Please ring for a quote

Pool heating can be arranged for $25 per day if not already included.

General booking conditions:

Please phone to check availability. We will take a provisional booking over the telephone and hold it for seven days to allow for the deposit and completed booking form to arrive. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will be required
On receiving the final balance, a useful information pack will be forwarded to you
Please note we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments, as surcharges levied by credit card companies would only increase our costs to you, our guests

For the comfort of guests, our home is a non-smoking home. However, smoking is permitted on the patio area
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance at the time of booking in case you have to cancel (see terms and conditions on rear of booking form)
